Job Description (JD) – Quality Head (Textile Industry)

Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. Textile Technology or M.Tech Textile Technology (Preferred)
- Certifications from SITRA, BITRA, NITRA or equivalent textile quality institutions preferred.

Experience

- 15 to 20+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the textile industry.
- Experience in Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Fabric Inspection, Testing Laboratory, and Customer Quality Management.
- Exposure to buyer compliance requirements and international quality standards.
- Laboratory & Testing Management
- Oversee textile testing laboratory operations.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
- Verify testing procedures as per SITRA, BITRA, ASTM, AATCC, ISO, and customer standards.
- Fabric Quality Assurance
- Monitor grey fabric and finished fabric quality.




- Ensure fabric inspection standards such as 4-Point System are followed.
- Track defects, shade variations, GSM deviations, skewness, bowing, and dimensional stability.
- Audit & Compliance
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Process Audits.
- Facilitate external audits, buyer audits, and certification audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, GRS, Organic, and customer-specific standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
