We are looking for a Digital Marketing Professional who understands both marketing + sales psychology, and can help us:
Create structured, high-impact digital content
Generate qualified leads
Nurture leads into conversions using smart systems
Scope of Work / Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation
- Plan and execute Reels / Short Videos / Educational Content
- Develop hooks, scripts, and storytelling formats
- Align content with buyer psychology & decision-making journey
- Maintain consistency and content calendar
2. Video Production & Editing
- Shoot (if required) and edit videos for Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp
- Add captions, transitions, hooks, and engaging formats
- Optimize content for maximum watch time & engagement
3. Lead Generation Systems
- Create and manage landing pages
- Optimize Meta Ads funnels (Facebook/Instagram)
- Work on Google My Business (GMB) optimization
- Ensure proper lead capture mechanisms
4. Lead Nurturing & Automation
- Set up WhatsApp / CRM-based follow-up systems
- Create automated response flows & drip sequences
- Understand and support the sales funnel (lead → site visit → conversion)
5. Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Understand real estate sales process (basic level required)
- Work closely to improve lead quality, engagement & conversions
- Suggest improvements based on data + ground feedback
