Growleads is building an AI-native growth ecosystem for B2B brands. We work across SEO, AEO, GEO, demand generation, and authority-building to help companies get discovered across Google, AI search, and contemporary buyer journeys.

We are looking for an AI SEO Executive who wants to grow into search's next era. This role is for someone early in their SEO journey who is curious about how AI is changing discovery, and who is ready to learn technical SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and Generative Engine Optimization on the job, working on real client websites from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in technical SEO audits for client and internal websites
- Learn to identify crawlability, indexing, schema, speed, and site structure issues under guidance
- Support AEO and GEO research to improve visibility in AI search results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, AI Overviews)
- Help optimize content for AI citations, featured snippets, and answer-based discovery
- Conduct keyword, entity, competitor, and SERP research
- Draft SEO recommendations for blogs, landing pages, and service pages under senior guidance
- Use AI tools and automation workflows to speed up research, audits, and reporting




- Track performance using GSC, GA4, and similar tools, and learn tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation
- Stay curious and keep learning about changes in Google Search, AI Overviews, LLM search, and generative discovery

Skills Required

- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, keywords, site structure)
- Interest in AEO, GEO, and how AI search engines interpret and cite content
- Comfortable researching independently and organizing findings clearly
- Familiarity with GSC, GA4, or any SEO tool is a plus, not mandatory
- Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast
- Good written communication skills
