Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Compliance Officer who will play a crucial role in the development and execution of artwork for products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs,



and Production to ensure that all artwork aligns with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and market trends. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Registration:
Handle the registration of products under FDCA (Food and Drugs Control Administration) for necessary approvals.

Label Claim Verification:
Coordinate with the Formulation & Development team to confirm and validate claims mentioned on product labels and the regulatory classification of each product.

Artwork Coordination:
Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to ensure that product artworks (for existing and new products) meet all relevant regulatory requirements.

Renewals & Compliance:
Manage the timely renewal of product approvals under applicable regulatory bodies, maintaining full

compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
2 – 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or pharma).
Good knowledge of FDCA and other relevant cosmetic product regulations.
Robust communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance and deadlines.
Proficient in MS tool
