Perform routine maintenance of industrial sewing machines such as lockstitch, overlock, flatlock, and other

specialized machines.

- Conduct preventive maintenance including oiling, cleaning, and inspection of machine parts.
- Diagnosing and repair machine breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Fix issues related to timing, thread tension, needle alignment, motors, belts, and feed mechanisms.
- Assist in setting up machines for new styles or products.
- Install and adjust attachments such as folders, piping attachments, and elastic attachments.
- Ensure proper machine calibration for quality stitching.
- Identify worn-out parts and recommend replacements.
- Maintain a basic inventory of essential spare parts such as needles, belts, bobbins, and hooks.
- Provide immediate technical support to tailors and operators during production.
- Ensure machines operate at optimal efficiency to maintain production targets.




- Follow safety standards while handling machines and electrical components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience as a sewing machine mechanic in garment, textile, or home furnishing manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues.
- Familiarity with different machine attachments and stitching operations.
- Positive problem-solving and technical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
