Bozzo is a mobility startup launching Auto and Bike services in Hyderabad and expanding into a driver-first ride-hailing platform.

About the role

We're looking for an Marketplace Operations & Growth Executive to drive supply growth and marketplace efficiency on our ride-hailing platform in Hyderabad. You'll own supply-side initiatives, pricing optimization, and go-to-market execution that directly impact our platform's growth and driver retention.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Onboarding & Activation

* Identify and onboard Auto and Bike drivers in assigned zones.

* Verify driver documents and registration details.

* Ensure drivers complete app onboarding and activation.

* Track onboarding funnel and conversion rates.

Fleet & Vendor Acquisition

* Meet fleet owners and vehicle vendors.

* Onboard fleet partners onto the Bozzo platform.

* Build long-term relationships with fleet operators.

Field Operations

* Visit auto stands, metro stations, business hubs, and high-demand locations.

* Conduct market surveys and competitor research.

* Collect driver and rider feedback from the ground.

Supply Growth & Marketplace Management





* Maintain adequate driver supply in launch zones.

* Monitor driver availability and active hours.

* Work on driver retention and reactivation programs.

Market Research & Pricing R&D;

* Study Uber, Rapido, and Ola pricing.

* Analyze rider demand and driver earnings.

* Collect data on fares, incentives, and market trends.

* Share daily reports with management.

Team Coordination

* Coordinate with telecallers and field staff.

* Train onboarding executives on pitch and processes.

* Monitor daily targets and productivity.

Reporting & Analytics

* Maintain daily onboarding reports.

* Track:

* Drivers contacted

* Drivers onboarded

* Active drivers

* Rejected drivers

* Pending onboarding cases

* Reasons for drop-offs

* Submit daily and weekly performance reports.

Launch & Growth Execution

* Support Hyderabad launch activities.

* Execute zone-wise growth plans.

* Help improve operational processes and marketplace performance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
