Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing company.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our digital marketing services and closing sales.

This is a field sales and target-based role. The selected candidate will receive attractive incentives based on performance and completed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, calls, references and networking.
- Generate leads for digital marketing, website development, social media marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile and paid advertising services.
- Meet business owners and understand their marketing and technology requirements.
- Explain the company’s services, packages and benefits clearly.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.




- Coordinate with the digital marketing and technical teams after closing a client.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, online advertising and basic technology concepts.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development or field sales.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, software company or technology-based business will be preferred.
- Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
- Candidate should have a technical background or a good understanding of technology.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, SEO, social media and online advertising is preferred.
- Should be confident in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Must be comfortable working with monthly targets.
- Should be self-motivated, disciplined and result-oriented.
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings.
- Having a personal vehicle and valid driving licence will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
