Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads for appointments.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients.
- Maintain daily appointment schedule, rescheduling and confirming client visits.
- Provide accurate information about slimming treatments and services.
- Update client records in the CRM system.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and support.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Slimming Consultants for smooth operations.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for appointments and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
