At XCEL Corp, we're growing fast — and we're looking for a people-first HR Executive to join our team and help us build something exceptional.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing
- Interview coordination and candidate experience
- Onboarding, documentation & employee lifecycle management
- HR operations, records management, and engagement initiatives
- Close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership
Who we're looking for:
- 0–3 years in HR or Recruitment (Freshers welcome)
- Strong communicator with a people-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced, high-ownership environment
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred | Karnataka-based candidates preferred
