Job DescriptionJob Description:- We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Implementation Manager.- The ideal candidate will contribute to our teams success by applying their skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm in a cooperative environment.Key Responsibilities:- Perform end-to-end software implementation projects from initial discovery to post-go-live support.- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery.- Act as the point of contact for clients during the implementation process.- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on project goals and requirements.- Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.- Facilitate client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and training.- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.- Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.- Support the transition from implementation to customer success/account management teams.- Understand client needs and configure settings of our solutions that will materially benefit the client s legal operations.- Communicate effectively with other teams.- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.- Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality.- Support cross-functional initiatives as required.Qualifications and Skills:- Relevant education and minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field- Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems or similar (legal) tech platforms- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (C1-2)- Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking, with attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with international clients, and adapt to evolving client requirements- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities- The ability to troubleshoot technical or process issues as they arise- Experience working with automated workflow and process mapping tools- Comfortable with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI and Project Management tools- Advanced proficiency in MS Word with a strong grasp of document formatting techniques
