Job DescriptionJob Description:- We are a team of innovators using AI at the core to help legal departments become faster, smarter, and more strategic.- As we continue to grow and expand the capabilities of our new AI-centric platform, we re looking for bold thinkers and builders who are excited to shape the next chapter of legal tech.- If you are energized by meaningful work, love solving complex problems, and want to help modernize how legal teams operate, we d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:- Configure, Develop, Test, and Deploy solutions using Onit's platform as per client s requirements.- Work simultaneously on multiple projects within the stipulated deadlines.- Create & modify custom business processes/workflows using Onit platform & applications.- Work as individual contributor and with teammates in India and overseas.- Participate in brainstorming discussion to build enterprise solutions for the customer.Required Skills:- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.- Knowledge of any of the coding languages Java/python/.Net framework.- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.- Thorough knowledge on SQL, RDBMS and fundamental database concepts.- Relational Database experience - designing database schemas, working with multiple tables.- An ideal candidate should have done projects using any ETL tool.- Excellent time management, ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and execute tasks in line with business objectives.- Attention to details, diligent in problem solving and troubleshooting.- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.- Thrive working in a fast paced and dynamic workplace, with minimal oversight and direction.- Must be a team player and should be able to work with diverse teams locally and globally
