Role reports to: Automation and Integration LeadLocation: Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos CamposWork Location: HybridWhat you will do The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for configuring, developing, enhancing, and supporting Kenvue's Global Manufacturing Execution System solution based on the AVEVA MES platform. The role works closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and manufacturing sites to deliver MES capabilities that support business and operational requirements across the manufacturing network. The position is highly hands-on, with a primary focus on solution configuration, software development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of MES applications. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Global MES template while supporting manufacturing digitization initiatives across multiple sites. This position will be based out of our São José dos Campos, Brazil or in Bangalore, India. Key Responsibilities MES Development & Configuration Configure and develop MES solutions using the AVEVA MES platformDevelop and maintain MES workflows, forms, screens,



and business logicCreate solution enhancements and implement new functionality based on business requirementsParticipate in technical design discussions and translate designs into working solutionsDevelop proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes when requiredSupport testing, validation, and deployment activitiesPerform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of MES application issuesIntegration & Data Management Develop and support integrations between MES and enterprise systemsCreate and maintain database interfaces, APIs, and data exchangesDevelop SQL scripts, stored procedures, and reports to support business processesTroubleshoot data flow and integration issues across application and database layersEnsure data integrity, reliability, and performance of MES solutionsGlobal MES Template Support Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Global MES TemplateSupport rollout activities across manufacturing sitesHelp identify opportunities for solution standardization and reuseParticipate in solution documentation and knowledge-sharing activitiesEnsure delivered solutions align with established standards and best practicesDelivery Support Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to understand requirementsContribute to technical specifications and solution designsBreak requirements into development tasks and user storiesParticipate in sprint planning, development, testing,

Hands-on experience with AVEVA MES (Wonderware MES) and AVEVA Work Tasks development and configurationExperience configuring and supporting MES applications in manufacturing environmentsGood understanding of manufacturing processes and ISA-95 principlesStrong SQL skills, including script development, stored procedures, and troubleshootingJava Script development experience for MES customization and user interface enhancementsExperience working with application integrations, APIs, and database interfacesFamiliarity with Azure Dev Ops and/or Git Hub development processesAbility to troubleshoot issues across application, integration, and database layersExperience with software testing, deployment, and support activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a global teamGood communication skills with both technical and business stakeholdersWillingness to learn new technologies and manufacturing processesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace Preferred Experience Experience in pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, life sciences, or FMCG manufacturing environmentsExposure to MES implementations or site rolloutsExperience working in Agile delivery teamsKnowledge of manufacturing systems integrations with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, or Historian platformsFamiliarity with CI/CD concepts and modern software development practices
