Position: Territory Manager- Franchisee Acquisition
CTC: up to 9 LPA + Incentives
Exp. 2+ Yrs. in HNI Acquisition/ Wealth Sales/ Investment Products/ PMS/ AIF Sales via IFA/B2B/Franchise Channel within BFSI Industry
Location: Delhi/ Lucknow/ Bareilly, Raipur, Jabalpur, Bhopal
Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Financial Planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications like CFP, will be an advantage.

Job Role:

- Identify and acquire new franchise partners within the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing franchisees to drive business growth.
- Ensure successful onboarding and activation of newly acquired franchisees.
- Drive business conversion and revenue generation through franchise partners.
- Promote cross-selling of investment and financial products.
- Conduct regular meetings with franchise partners to review business performance and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding, operational support, and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Resolve operational issues related to brokerage payouts, account opening, limits, charges, debits,



and escalations.
- Facilitate operational and product training for recent franchise partners.
- Deliver a superior partner experience through timely support and seamless coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred).
- NISM Certification preferred.
- 2+ Yrs. in HNI Acquisition/ Wealth Sales/ Investment Products/ PMS/ AIF Sales via IFA/B2B/Franchise Channel within BFSI Industry.
- Strong understanding of Equity Markets, Broking Business, Banking, and Investment Products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about financial markets.
