Job Summary

GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Head to lead and expand sales operations across the East Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and managing the dealer network, leading regional sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies to strengthen GOEEN's market presence in the electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build, appoint, and manage a strong dealer and distributor network across the assigned region.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Lead, mentor,



and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales plans.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to improve sales performance and ensure dealer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business execution.
- Monitor sales forecasts, inventory movement, and order fulfilment.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy dealer relationships.
- Prepare regional sales reports, forecasts, MIS, and business reviews for management.
- Organize product launches, dealer meets, sales campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
