IFM Edu Academy is looking for a motivated and energetic Admission Counselor to join our growing education team.

Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
- Explain course details and career opportunities to students
- Follow up with leads and convert admissions
- Maintain student records and admission updates
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team
- Support students during the admission process

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Solid follow-up and convincing skills
- Punctuality and discipline are mandatory
- Experience in counseling/sales is an added advantage

Job Details

- Location: South Kalamassery, Kochi
- Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Company will provide Phone, SIM & Recharge
