Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching in B.Ed., M.Ed., and other Education programmes.
- Develop and update course content in accordance with NEP 2020 and university guidelines.
- Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and professional development activities.
- Conduct quality research and publish in reputed journals.
- Supervise dissertations, research projects, and internships.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, examinations, and departmental activities.
- Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, and extension activities.
- Contribute to institutional development and academic excellence.

EligibilityAssistant Professor





- Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed.) with specialization in the relevant subject (English/History) with at least 55% marks.
- NET or Ph.D. as per UGC norms.
- Strong academic record and excellent communication skills.

Associate Professor

- Qualifications as per UGC Regulations.
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum teaching/research experience and quality publications as prescribed by UGC.

Professor

- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Significant teaching, research, academic leadership, and publications in reputed journals.
- Eligibility as per UGC norms.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
- Research orientation with quality publications.
- Knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and NEP 2020.
- Ability to mentor students and collaborate with academic teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching methods.
