Qualification: B.E. – Mech./DME
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Role:
- 5 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of leadership and achieving production targets
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth production flow and meet production targets
- Monitor production progress and maintain accurate records in SAP to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and standards to deliver high-quality products to customers
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working workplace for all employees
- Demonstrate proficiency in machine setup and adjustment to minimise downtime and optimise production efficiency
- Drive initiatives to improve workplace organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency through 5S and KAIZAN methodologies
