Salary Range: 1 LPM to 1.25 LPM

Roles:

1. Investment Research

- Research and identify high-growth investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Screen companies based on financial, operational, and strategic parameters.

2. Financial Analysis

- Prepare detailed financial models, business valuations, and investment return analysis.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and key business metrics.

3. Due Diligence

- Support commercial, financial, operational, and management due diligence.
- Gather and validate data required for investment evaluation.

4. Investment Documentation

- Prepare investment notes, research reports, investment memos, and presentations.




- Assist senior investment professionals during investment committee discussions.

5. Deal Execution Support

- Coordinate with promoters, consultants, bankers, legal advisors, and internal teams.
- Support transaction execution from sourcing to investment closure.

6. Portfolio Monitoring

- Track portfolio company performance using financial and operational KPIs.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend value creation initiatives.

7. Market & Industry Research

- Monitor industry trends, market developments, regulatory updates, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging sectors and potential investment themes.

Qualification:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA (Preferred)
- Bachelor//'s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Accounting.
- NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
