Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Complaint & Resolution Executive to handle customer complaints related to Sales and Service. The candidate will communicate with customers, understand their concerns, coordinate with the showroom team, and ensure complaints are resolved professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints received through phone, WhatsApp, email, or other channels.

- Speak with customers politely to understand the exact issue.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Spare Parts teams for timely resolution.

- Keep customers informed about the progress of their complaint.

- Follow up until the issue is resolved.

- Take final feedback from customers after resolution.





- Maintain complaint records and prepare daily follow-up reports.

- Escalate unresolved or serious issues to management.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and basic English.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to remain calm and qualified while handling dissatisfied customers.

- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary

- Based on interview and experience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
