Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have experience selling services in the localization, AI data, BPO, or IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new B2B clients globally.
- Generate leads through Linked In, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Present Scriptoniq's language and AI data services to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.




- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Localization, Translation, AI Data Services, IT Services, or BPO.
- Proven track record of generating new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Experience
- Selling Translation, Transcription, Localization, Data Annotation, AI Training Data, or Linguistic Services.
- Existing network within localization agencies, AI companies, or enterprise clients.
- Experience handling international clients.
