Position Title: Regional Manager – Enterprise Sales (South Region)

Job Description

The Regional Manager – Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving new business acquisition for Payroll Outsourcing, Compliance Managed Services, and related HR solutions across enterprise and mid-market organizations in the South Region of India. The role will own the sales strategy and revenue growth across key southern markets, including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other assigned territories. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with a strong track record of selling payroll outsourcing and compliance managed services, building executive relationships, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive business growth for Payroll Outsourcing and Compliance Managed Services across the South Region.

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.

• Drive recent business acquisition for Payroll Outsourcing, Compliance Managed Services, and related HR solutions across assigned territories.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, CFOs, HR Heads, Payroll Managers, Compliance Heads, Procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.

• Understand customer payroll, compliance, and workforce management challenges and position the organization's managed service offerings to address their business needs.

• Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to solution presentation, commercial negotiations, contract closure, and seamless account transition.

• Work closely with Solution Consulting, Operations, Implementation, Legal, and Customer Success teams to develop tailored customer solutions.

• Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across HR,



Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations throughout the sales process.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and ensure timely CRM updates.

• Represent the organization at industry forums, networking events, HR conferences, and customer engagements across the South Region.

• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling payroll, compliance, and allied HR managed services within existing accounts.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and strengthen regional market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline. An MBA is preferred.

• 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with significant exposure to Payroll Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing (HRO), and Compliance Managed Services.

• Proven experience in selling payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour law compliance, HR shared services, or managed business services to enterprise customers.

• Strong understanding of Indian payroll processes, statutory compliance, labour laws, and workforce management practices.

• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise sales across the South Indian market, with an established network of HR, Finance, and business leaders being an advantage.

• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

• Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with the capability to engage senior business leaders and CXOs.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the South Region for customer meetings, business development, and industry events.
