Oracle Cloud Order Management Functional Consultant Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Order Management Functional Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Oracle Cloud technologies while providing expert guidance on complex supply chain implementations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud Order Management modules and a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide best practices system-level recommendations, guidance, and knowledge transfer throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Identify future-state business needs and align them with Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Global Order Promising (GoP) module configurations and system functionality
- Design and create prototypes, approach documents, and quick reference guides to ensure alignment with client requirements and current-state business processes
- Coordinate and facilitate pre-development and post-development review sessions with development teams, carriers, and clients
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for interfaces with external systems and third-party applications
- Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) initiatives, including creating integrated UAT test plans across multiple modules
- Conduct workshops and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Document current-state business processes and validate alignment with proposed solutions
- Prepare meticulous design documents for integrations, reports, and system configurations
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME)



and mentor junior team members on Oracle Cloud OM best practices

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud Order Management modules
- Robust functional expertise in the following Oracle Cloud modules:
- Order Management (OM)
- Global Order Promising (GoP)
- Shipping
- Pricing
- Planning (preferred)

- Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain configuration and system functionality
- Demonstrated experience conducting workshops and gathering detailed business requirements
- Proven ability to document and validate current-state processes against future-state requirements
- Experience creating functional specifications and design documents for system integrations
- Strong background in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prepare comprehensive and accurate documentation
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based implementations
- Knowledge of Oracle Planning modules and advanced supply chain concepts
- Experience with system integration tools and middleware solutions
- Familiarity with Agile and iterative project methodologies
- Oracle Cloud certifications or relevant training credentials
- Experience in the logistics, manufacturing,



or retail industries
