Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on their preferences and prescription requirements.
- Maintain product knowledge of frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and display of products in the store.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and daily sales reports efficiently.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the optometrist and other team members for smooth store operations.
- Manage stock levels and report product requirements to the store manager.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
