Role Description:

The SAP ABAP CRM Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ABAP programs and enhancements within the SAP CRM workplace, including custom reports, interfaces, and workflows. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions that support core CRM and sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include system analysis, troubleshooting and resolving issues, performance optimization, and supporting integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. The role also includes documenting technical designs, participating in testing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Profile Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP ABAP CRM solutions.
- Knowledge of business processes,



particularly in CRM and sales, with the ability to map functional needs to technical implementations.
- Consulting skills to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, provide recommendations, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with Salesforce.com administration or similar CRM platforms is an advantage for integration and process alignment.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development, including reports, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and performance tuning within SAP CRM.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM configuration, data models, and integration with other SAP modules (such as SD, MM, or FI) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
