The Office of the Chief AI Officer at Fulcrum Digital leads the company's agentic AI agenda and builds FD RYZE®, our enterprise AI platform deployed across insurance, financial services and payments. This role sits at the point where the platform meets the customer, and where an ambiguous business problem becomes a solution worth paying for.

About the role

The AI Strategist, or Solutioner, turns a client's unstructured problem into a credible, FD RYZE® shaped solution. This is where technical fluency meets commercial instinct. You will shape engagements, build the argument that wins them, and then hold the line between what the customer was promised and what the delivery teams build, so the two never drift apart.

What you will do

- Translate unstructured client problems into explicit, deliverable AI solutions, grounded in what the platform can genuinely do today
- Shape engagements and build the points of view, proposals and narratives that win and frame the work
- Partner with sales and pre-sales to scope, size and pitch solutions to senior client stakeholders




- Stand between the customer and the product and delivery teams so that what is promised is what gets built
- Bring real fluency in agentic AI, large language models and enterprise architecture, alongside the commercial judgement to know which problems are worth solving

Who we are looking for

- Graduates of the leading IITs and IIMs, with a preference for the older institutes, and candidates from other top-ranked IITs and IIMs are welcome to apply
- Exceptional written and spoken English, with the presence to present to and persuade senior client stakeholders
- Genuine technical fluency in AI combined with a consulting and commercial instinct, rather than one at the expense of the other
- Someone early in a career that is about to move quickly, rather than someone already settled into a single lane
