Job description:

Core responsibilities :

- Managing artist.
- Artist personal management.
- Planning & strategizing artist development.
- Managing artist profile.
- Conducting outbound call for lead generation & business - development for the artist.
- Generating sales by obtaining advertising contracts, live shows, events by serving as the primary liaison between clients and artists.
- Design and manage artist relations with studio for increasing brand awareness and sales amongst professional musicians, DJs and producers.
- Discovering clients searching for new talent.
- Setting up meetings for the artist.
- Conducting negotiations for show & event enquiries.
- Managing backend travelling – ticketing, hotel booking, transportation, food, etc.




- Making Travel bookings and coordination.
- Monitor social media platforms to increase online presence and to attract new fans.
- Marketing through emailers & broadcast messages to various groups/clients/event companies.
- Getting & coordinating for creatives & show reels

Desired Profile:

- 1-3 years experience into Celebrity Management.
- Strong experience in Artist sales.
- Proven experience of Revenue generation.
- Good Industry connections.
- Target driven.
- Good communication skills.
- Self motivated & proactive.
- Must be a valuable Team player.
