Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Jalna. The Branch Manager oversees branch operations, including planning, supervising, and monitoring daily activities to ensure efficient delivery of financial services and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, setting performance targets, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring high-quality customer service for rural and semi-urban clients. The role involves driving business growth through outreach, customer relationship building,



and promotion of the company's loan products, while maintaining strong credit discipline and portfolio quality. The Branch Manager is also accountable for compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, reporting, and coordination with regional and head office teams.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in branch operations management, team supervision, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in customer relationship management, sales, and business development in financial services or related sectors.
- Ability to analyze financial data, assess credit risk, and maintain portfolio quality and compliance.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in microfinance, banking, NBFCs, or rural financial inclusion initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with field visits, local travel, and on-site customer interactions; familiarity with local language and culture in Jalna and surrounding areas is preferred.
