Role Description

The Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role in Rajkot. This position manages customer accounts, financial documentation, statutory compliance, and commercial coordination across sales, technical teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

* Accounting & Books: Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime; accurately enter Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Journal, and Contra transactions.

* Documentation & Billing: Generate POs, Quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Tax Invoices while maintaining organized commercial records.

* Reconciliation & Compliance: Perform bank reconciliations, maintain ledgers, and assist with GST, TDS,



and statutory requirements.

* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare MIS and management reports using Advanced Excel to analyze account performance.

* Client & Supplier Coordination: Handle professional communications via email/phone, follow up on payments, and coordinate supplier purchases.

* Confidentiality: Safeguard company, client, and supplier data.

Qualifications

* Education & Experience: Background in Commerce, Business, or Engineering; experience in industrial sales or accounting is a plus.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and general office/ERP software.

* Financial & Statutory Knowledge: Solid understanding of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, payment terms, GST, and TDS.

* Soft Skills: Solid analytical capabilities, clear communication skills, high attention to detail, and customer-focused problem solving.

* Requirements: Ability to work full-time on-site in Rajkot.
