Job Title: Marketing Manager – Event Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, source, and acquire new corporate clients across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Bengaluru.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the company's client base.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Present, pitch, and convincingly promote event solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client expectations, and emerging opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and positioning strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, production) to deliver customized proposals and successful event execution.
- Represent the company at networking events, business meetings, and industry forums.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (UG) is mandatory.
- Postgraduate Degree (PG) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
