We are hiring a Marketplace Associate for one of our clients in the health and wellness space.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketplace Associate to manage and grow the brand's presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The role involves owning catalogue management, marketplace advertising, and performance optimization to drive visibility, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise product listings and catalogue quality
- Run and scale marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Track performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions) and improve outcomes
- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations and account health
- Analyse data to identify growth opportunities
- Support onboarding of new marketplaces

Requirements

- 1–3 years in marketplace/ecommerce (D2C preferred)
- Strong understanding of listings and ads
- Data-driven with good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented with strong execution ability
