Requirements

- 4–8+ years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity development with strong expertise in Order Management and Orchestration (XOM) within Telecom BSS environments.

- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Order Management (XOM) solutions.

- Configure Order Decomposition, Orchestration Plans, Task Dependencies, and Order Sequencing.

- Build and manage Orchestration Plans, Orchestration Items, Decomposition Relationships, and Order Lifecycle States.

- Implement Order Enrichment, Fulfillment, Provisioning, Billing, and Assetization processes.





- Integrate Salesforce Industries with network/provisioning and billing systems.

- Troubleshoot order fallout, resolve stuck orders, perform root cause analysis, and address dependency and integration issues.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Order Management (XOM/COM).

- Expertise in Order Orchestration, Order Decomposition, Fulfillment Flows, Orchestration Plans, Items, and Dependencies.

- Proficiency in Apex and Salesforce integrations.

- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)

- Salesforce Omni Studio Developer

- Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer
