Position objective:

The role of the Screening & Compliance Coordinatoris to provide quality On-boarding and Pre-Engagement Administration services and to manage the On-Boarding Process for Impellam client base. The role will involve processing all requests for criminal record checks, employment references, and all other pre-engagement screening checks as required. The role will involve liaising with Recruiting/Hiring Managers, Resource Consultants and Candidates ensuring a high level and quality of service is achieved at all times to ensure all candidates receive a seamless On-boarding experience.

Key responsibilities:

Compliance:

- Full understanding and fully competent with all Screening standard core tasks and processes and validations. Ability to process compliantly with ease and within the SLA set and to internal systems ensuring screening is completed accurately each time.
- Managing offers and compliance cases end to end associated to contractors assigned to you within the Tifo system
- Ability and knowledge of compliance cases and requirements within
- Liaising with internal teams in relation to their compliance case in accordance with the agreed team SLA / client SLA / start date.
- Reviewing, actioning, and validating all necessary checks including and not limited to Identification checks, sanctions,credit check, Cifas and DBS in accordance with the compliance case whether inside Tifo or external to Tifo.
- Review and ensure acceptance of client documents in accordance with the agreed team SLA / client SLA / start date.
- To obtain and verify relevant qualifications, necessary documents via Tifo and in line with client requirements
- To arrange relevant security checks in line with client requirements and legislation.
- To be responsible for reference checks in line with the compliance case / client policies and procedures
- To be responsible of updating internal tracker with progress of cases.
- To be responsible for actioning and clearing emails within the Freshdesk system and in accordance with the team SLA
- Liaise with Internal and external customers providing high-quality customer service.
- Meeting individual and team objectives, KPI and SLAs with accuracy
- Ability to liaise clearly - with candidate, Consultants/Account Managers regarding the progress and completion screening.
- Working closely and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
- Punctual, flexible, and reliable
- As a member of the Screening team, ability to provide support and back up or deal with additional requests made by the Team leader / management.




- To ensure all personal data/documentation relating screening is held securely.
