About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst with solid expertise in Power BI report development and a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business needs into data-driven insights, building interactive dashboards, and supporting process automation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and data solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies,
and business opportunities.
• Create and manage datasets, dataflows, and ETL processes using Power BI and related tools.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query) to automate workflows and improve business processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and leadership to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Support data governance and best practices for reporting and analytics.
