Position: Manager – Sales & Marketing (Logistics – Backend Operations) Location: Calicut Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Operations Experience: 8–10 years of Relevant Experience, Prior Experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Transportation Companies. Salary: 8 LPA Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets
2. Identify and acquire recent clients for logistics services (freight, transportation, warehousing, last-mile delivery, etc.)
3. Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
4. Design and conduct sales training programs for sales executives and call center teams
5. Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote logistics services
6. Manage branding, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
