Position: DevOps Engineer Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
* Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
* Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes(EKS) and OpenShift.
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Harness.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, and operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability of critical applications using DataDog
* Raise, track, and manage production incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow.
* Coordinate with Platform Engineering and DevSecOps teams for onboarding new applications and services onto EKS and OpenShift platforms.
* Participate in change management, release planning, deployment activities, and production support.
* Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.
* Support application migration, upgrades, platform modernization,



and cloud optimization initiatives. Required Skills * Robust hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, Route53, CloudWatch, ALB/NLB).
* Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
* Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and OpenShift administration.
* Strong CI/CD experience using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar tools.
* Strong experience in creating Datadog metrics, Alerts and Dashboards
* Experience with Linux administration and scripting (Python/Bash).
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management processes.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including Platform, Security, DevSecOps, and Application teams.
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools Like DataDog & AWS CloudWatch Preferred Skills * Experience with JFrog, Nexus and enterprise DevOps toolchains.
* Knowledge of GitOps practices, security scanning, and compliance frameworks.
