About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to inbound inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
2. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
3. Explain program structure, fees, payment plans, and career outcomes.
4. Build solid relationships through effective student counselling.
5. Manage the admission process from inquiry to successful enrollment.
6. Complete onboarding documentation, fee collection, and admission formalities.
7. Support newly enrolled students during the onboarding process.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads.
9. Track and improve key metrics such as talk time, demo count, and conversion rates.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or a similar counselling role.
