✅ Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process (BPO) experience – Mandatory
✅ Graduation is Mandatory
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✅ Comfortable working with US & Australian customers
✅ Willing to work in Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Work Schedule
~️ 5-Day Work Week
~ 2 Rotational Week Offs

~ Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)
