We are hiring for a role .Net Production Support (L3) - US healthcare domainLocation : Bangalore , Hyderabad, Chennai , PuneExperience : 7+ yearsWork Mode : HybridEmployment Type : Full-time PermanentJob Description :- Extensive experience in development related to healthcare management systems (on Facets platform).- Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care- Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.- Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.- Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).- Experience with web services.- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.- US healthcare is mandatory.- Usage of AI in Application SupportMust haves:- Production Support- .Net & MS tech stack- Solid Comm.
