Job Title: Vice Principal cum Academic Coordinator

Location: Dudhai,UP

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in teaching/academic leadership

Qualification: Postgraduate with B.Ed/M.Ed (preferred)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

- Oversee daily academic operations of the school and ensure curriculum delivery across all grades.

- Coordinate lesson planning, syllabus completion, and academic progress tracking.

- Mentor and guide teachers on teaching methods, classroom management, and academic best practices.

Administrative Duties:

- Assist the Principal in managing school operations, staff supervision, and policy implementation.

- Plan and organize school events, examinations, and academic audits.





- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth functioning of the school environment.

Coordination & Communication:

- Act as a bridge between teachers, parents, and management.

- Ensure timely communication of academic updates, schedules, and performance reports.

- Conduct regular meetings with teachers and departments.

Key Skills:

- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and manage school operations efficiently

- Familiarity with school management software and MS Office tools
