Position: PRT English Teacher
Location: Kalaburagi (Kusnur), Karnataka
School Type: CBSE Board
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced PRT English Teacher to join our academic team at a reputed CBSE school in Kalaburagi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, enhancing students' language skills, and delivering the CBSE curriculum effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English language and literature to primary school students in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, teaching aids, and interactive activities to improve students' reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Assess and evaluate students' academic progress through regular tests, assignments, and observations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive, growth -oriented setting for young learners.
- Organize and participate in co -curricular activities, school events, and English literary clubs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's academic development and behavioural progress during PTMs.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience strictly in a CBSE school as a PRT English teacher.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. English) or equivalent, along with a mandatory B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification.
- Skills: * Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Deep subject matter expertise in Primary -level English grammar and literature.
- Strong familiarity with modern CBSE teaching methodologies and continuous evaluation systems.
- Hiring Preference: Local candidates from Kalaburagi or nearby areas who can easily commute to Kusnur.
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and CBSE teaching track record).
