- Design and implement effective teaching strategies that cater for diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation.

- Integrate Marathi literature, poetry, and contemporary texts into the curriculum to enhance comprehension and appreciation.
