About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Audit Manager to lead and manage audit
assignments across a diverse client portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for handling
statutory audits, internal audits, GST/TDS compliance reviews, and assisting in finalization
of accounts for various clients including SMEs, startups, and corporate entities. The
candidate will also be responsible for client coordination and ensuring the overall
management of the client’s compliance,
We are looking for a detail -oriented and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our audit
team. Key Responsibilities
ï· Conduct Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits.
ï· Verification of books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
ï· Preparation and review of audit working papers and audit reports.
ï· Preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
ï· Assist in finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
ï· Review GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
ï· Coordinate with clients for information and audit requirements.
ï· Assist in ROC and other regulatory compliance assignments.
ï· Independently closing of Books of accounts.
ï· Reconciliation of Vendors Ledger, statutory ledgers (like, GST, TDS etc) and other
control Accounts.
ï· Identify process gaps and suggest internal control improvements.
ï· Handle complex audit observations and prepare management reports.
ï· Handle client communication independently and ensure timely completion of
assignments.
Requirements
Required Skills
ï· Positive knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
ï· Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and accounting software.
ï· Strong analytical and communication skills.
ï· Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
ï· Team handling and client coordination abilities preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
ï· Prior experience in a Chartered Accountant firm preferred.
ï· Exposure to manufacturing, service, and startup clients will be an added advantage.
ï· Candidates with practical knowledge of audit documentation and compliance filings
are preferred.
Salary
ï· Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
