- Creating Proposals, SOW, response to RFP, Effort Estimates for all phases of Project Lifecycle

- Doing Product Configurations and presenting compelling Product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POC).

- Leading the Solutioning throughout the sales cycle and delivering thought leadership to companies to transform their customer's experience.

- Demonstrating a working knowledge by creating a solution fulfilling client’s requirements

- Uncovering the challenges and issues a business is facing by running targeted discovery sessions and workshops.

- Examining prospect requirement, mapping to solutions needs & effectively build Business Case for prospects

- Conducting onsite / online Business workshop to gather client’s requirement through Consultative approach

- Analysis of Trends of Industry through market or segment research, client interactions, event participations and sharing feedback with Product team on Product alignment for the market/segment/industry.

- Adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by management,



including but not limited to CRM policies, Client management, Internal and External communications, brand building and management etc.

Requirements

- Should have worked as BA, Presales or Delivery role in reputed organization/s providing banking solution.

- Strong technical background to understand client’s needs and challenges
