Your work profile

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Project Financial Management and Portfolio Management processes.

- Design scalable Oracle Fusion PPM solutions aligned with client business processes and compliance requirements.

- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion PPM modules including:

- Project Foundation

- Project Costing

- Project Billing

- Project Contracts

- Project Control

- Project Execution Management

- Project Financial Management

- Manage project lifecycle activities including:

- Requirement workshops

- Solution design

- Configuration

- SIT/UAT support

- Go-live

- Hypercare support

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations,



reports, data migration, and extensions using:

- OIC

- REST/SOAP APIs

- FBDI

- BI Publisher

- OTBI

- Drive integration discussions with Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Procurement, and Fixed Assets.

- Provide functional leadership to consultants and mentor junior team members.

- Manage client stakeholders, conduct steering meetings, and provide status updates to leadership.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.

- Identify risks/issues proactively and drive mitigation plans.

- Support proposal creation, solution estimation, and pre-sales activities where required.

- Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases and recommend process improvements and product enhancements.

Key skills required

- 5–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP / SCM, with at least 2–3 years in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing

- Robust understanding of:

- Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing, Work Orders, Shop Floor Execution)
