This role is based in Pune and sits within the ADu2011BSS function. The individual will design and build backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot, contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure automation, and work closely with crossu2011functional teams to ensure reliable, highu2011quality delivery in a structured, waterfall-driven environment.nn## What you will donn### nn * Collaborate with business analysts, architects and engineers to deliver functional and technical solutions aligned with business and IT needsn * Design and implement backend services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot and Oracle Databasen * Develop and consume RESTful APIs, JSON-based services and GraphQL interfacesn * Build performanceu2011driven APIs with a clear understanding of network traffic and scalabilityn * Develop and execute unit tests, and support functional and integration testing activitiesn * Contribute to cloudu2011based infrastructure design using Docker, Kubernetes and API Gateway technologiesn * Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkinsn * Create and manage Docker images,



Helm charts and Kubernetes deploymentsn * Support infrastructure automation, monitoring and alerting practicesn * Uphold coding standards, quality benchmarks and DevOps best practices across the delivery lifecyclennnn## Who you arenn### nn * An experienced backend professional with 10+ years of overall experience, including 7+ years in backend development and 2+ years in DevOps or platform engineering rolesn * Highly proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SOAP and GraphQLn * Knowledgeable in cloud and container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and API Gatewaysn * Comfortable working with CI/CD tools and version control systems including GitHub, GitHub Actions and Jenkinsn * Strong understanding of objectu2011oriented and functional programming principlesn * Familiar with Linux environments and automated testing approachesn * Exposure to Azure cloud platforms is an advantagen * Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset, taking responsibility for code quality through to productionn * A collaborative team contributor who can also work independently and proactivelyn * Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearlyn * Holds a degree (or higher) in software engineering or a related technical disciplinen * Shows curiosity and willingness to stay current with evolving technologies, including the use of AI and agentic development approachesnnnn## Not a Perfect Fit?nnConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
