We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end -to -end payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, and employee payroll administration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end -to -end monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external agencies for payroll -related activities.
- Manage employee benefits,
reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Maintain payroll records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Resolve payroll -related employee queries and drive process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria
â MBA is mandatory
â Minimum 9 years of payroll management experience
