Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS reports, and business documents as required.
- Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Assist in organizing business events, conferences,
and leadership meetings.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative activities.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Directors, CXOs, or Senior Executives.
- Exposure to travel management and event coordination.
- Knowledge of office administration and business correspondence.
- Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
