The Maths–cum–Science Teacher will be responsible for teaching English and Social Science concepts to primary school students in an engaging, student-centric manner. The role includes lesson planning, classroom management, activity-based learning, and continuous assessment to support students’ academic and holistic development.

Teaching & Learning


- Deliver English and Social Science lessons for primary grades in alignment with the school curriculum (CBSE Board).

- Use activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-driven teaching methods.

- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching-learning materials.

- Ensure conceptual clarity and support students with different learning abilities.

Classroom Management


- Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

- Use effective behaviour management techniques to ensure productive learning.

- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in students.

Assessment & Evaluation


- Conduct regular assessments, grade students’ work, and share feedback with students and parents.

- Track student progress and implement remedial or enrichment programs when needed.

Communication & Collaboration


- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

- Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators for planning and school events.

- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and career development workshops.

Administrative Responsibilities


- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans.

- Support school events, celebrations, competitions, and field trips.
