- Drive sales and business growth for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices and diabetes care solutions within the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

- Promote and demonstrate Bluetooth-connected CGM systems and the Cardio-Metabolic Devices Ecosystem.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Conduct regular doctor visits, product presentations, and customer meetings.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.

- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and territory updates

Requirements

- Proven experience in selling Insulin, CGM Devices,



Diabetes Care Products, Diabetes-related Medicines, or Medical Devices.

- Strong existing network with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, and Physicians in the assigned territory.

- 4+ years of field sales experience in Pharma or Medical Devices.

- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver sales targets.

- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
