Key Responsibilities
✅ Support end-to-end policy administration and servicing activities
✅ Process Life Insurance,



Annuities & Group Perks transactions
✅ Handle customer servicing requests, policy updates, and documentation reviews
✅ Assist underwriting teams with data validation and document verification
✅ Support claims intake, documentation checks, and operational processing
✅ Maintain accuracy and compliance while meeting defined SLAs and quality standards
What We're Looking For
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, Group Benefits, Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, or Insurance Operations
✔ Strong understanding of insurance processes and policy lifecycle management
✔ Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
